Today we went out and cut a Christmas tree and then came home and decorated the house.  What fun!

And, my sister cut her hair!  It looks AMAZING!

I make pretty darn good icing – butter, shortening, powdered sugar, milk, and almond extract.  However, my mom made Pineapple Icing to put on the gluten-free yellow cake she made and it blew mine out of the water!  I didn’t know icing could be so delicious!

I really could not have asked for a better birthday… gorgeous weather, the chance to sleep in, an amazing and uplifting church service, a church potluck, an intense workout at the gym, a lovely party with my family, and a dinner fixed by David.  Wow!
