Okay, here are some of the fruits of my labors today:

Curried veggies and naan for dinner.  This was my first attempt making naan and I nailed it!  It was absolutely perfect!

I made some amazing granola tonight.  Very simple, but yummy: honey, oil, salt, sugar, oats, wheat germ, milled flax seed, pecans, and dark chocolate chips.  I can’t wait to have breakfast tomorrow!

And finally… behold our utility room!

I love the new curtains I made this afternoon – I bought the fabric originally to make a sundress for Ellie, but I think the fabric looks perfect in here!  Also, notice my adorable framed photographs of diapers drying on the clothesline.  The small prints are pictures of our backyard in Shawnee, the larger prints are pictures of our backyard here.

And since it is nearly impossible for me to post pictures without including an adorable kid picture, here you go:
