another fun field trip!

We went to a local pumpkin farm with the kids’ school on Friday.  One of the coolest things there was a corn maze:

We also got to take a hay ride to a field where the kids got to pick out pumpkins!

Here it is.  I got the recipe from a NY Times article from a couple years ago, and tweaked it a bit.  Its perfect.
