Here it is. I got the recipe from a NY Times article from a couple years ago, and tweaked it a bit. Its perfect.

Today I had a pretty good day, the kids and I went with my parents to a book sale at a thrift store in Blacksburg and out to eat at a BBQ place there. (By the way, if you ever get the chance, give Alabama white barbecue sauce a try. Very different and very good!) [...]
