What more can I say?

So far today I have: fixed breakfast, done laundry, gone for a walk with the kids, taken the kids to the library storytime, baked two loaves of sourdough bread, made lunch, deep cleaned the kitchen (I have SO MUCH counter space now!), cleaned the bathroom, mowed the lawn, gone to Lowe’s, gone to see the [...]

This was wonderful!  I found a recipe online, but altered it quite a bit and this is what I came up with:
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp butter
1 bag frozen stir-fry onions and peppers
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup prepared bullion (chicken or veggie)
1/4 – 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
curry powder, to taste

Carina gave me a a baby starter off her soughdough starter, so I’m excited to start trying sourdough recipes.  I’m wondering how they’ll turn out in the bread machine – good, I hope!

Today was Killy’s last day of school!  He’s had such a wonderful year and he has learned so much.  The kids did some performances at school today and then we had a potluck lunch.  And then Miss Carina had to leave to go home (sniff, sniff).  Here’s Killy “graduating:”
