I decided to feed and use the starter Carina gave me, and found a recipe for Amish Friendship Bread… of course I healthy-ed it up a bit, and here’s what I came up with:
INGREDIENTS

1 cup starter

2/3 cup vegetable oil (omega-3 enriched)
3 eggs (omega-3 enriched)
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup white sugar/splenda (mostly splenda)
