Today the kids and I planted two more blueberry bushes:

These are on the back of the house, between the deck and Ellie’s back bedroom window.  One is a Northland Blueberry that should stay nice and small (3-4′) for under Ellie’s window, and the other – the one they’re watering in the picture – is a Jersey Blueberry and it should grow to be 6-8′!  Tomorrow I’m going to pick up four more azaleas to finish bordering the back patio, and then I’ll really be done with landscaping.  Really!  All I’ll have left to plant are my tomatoes.
My hosta bed is doing wonderfully!

Ellie just continues to be the cutest little girl EVER!

I’m usually not a huge fan of headbands (except cloth ones, I do wear those quite a lot).  But Ellie looks amazing with a headband on!  And it keeps her crazy curls out of her face!

Killy’s not very cooperative when it comes to the camera a lot of the time, but he was very proud of the dime he found on the porch today:

As for me?  My exciting news is that my hair is now long enough again for pigtails!
