Its so hard to believe the year is almost over!  Tomorrow – today, actually, since its after midnight – is the last day of the year.  Its been a year of amazing changes for our family.

I just took an excellent jog!  I was out for 55 minutes – I did my usual five minutes walking to warm up and cool down, and the rest of the time I ran whenever it was flat or downhill.  I’m still too much of a weenie to run up the hills around here.  But [...]

Poor Ellie has some kind of a stomach bug.  We thought at first it was just an allergic reaction to the asparagus she tried yesterday, but I’d say once a child vomits more than 10 times in an morning that its officially a stomach bug.  So, it seems we’re not heading to Chattanooga and Madison [...]
