Well, after hearing from multiple people what a HUGE pain in the butt it is to remove wallpaper, David and I decided to just put up a new border in our bathroom to give it a tropical theme, rather than remove wallpaper and paint it a tropical blue.  This is the walpaper border I just ordered:

The orange and yellow in the border match the wallpaper perfectly!
