This was just before we went hiking today.  Sadly, by the end of the hike both kids were crying hysterically.  Note to self: go on hikes AFTER naptime, not just before.

Yesterday we went to David’s parent’s house for a celebratory dinner - Katie got an awesome job! - and then we went out and played miniature golf.  We all decided that playing mini-golf with two toddlers is WAY tougher than courses with little windmills and such.  I mean, a windmill will maybe knock your ball the wrong way.  But a toddler will run across the green and pick up your ball and run off with it!  Windmills rarely do that!  We all had a good time, and I had a shocking THREE hole-in-ones.  But, I was frighteningly bad on some of the holes so it all evened out.  Of course, it is harder to golf while nursing a toddler and carrying a diaper bag:

Ellie and Katie seemed to really bond, too, which was fun to watch:
