How observant!
So, I came downstairs this morning after my shower, and Killy looked up at me and said, “Mean to Ellie!” (he’s in a phase where he tells on himself all the time) And I said, “Killy, it makes Mommy very sad when you’re mean to Ellie.” and he replied, “No – Ellie sad!”
We’ve started a new bedtime routine with Killy. He brushes his teeth, puts on jammies, and then David curls up in bed with him and they read a few books, then lights out. He LOVES this bedtime routine, and in the past week he’s only had a tough time falling asleep once. Here’s he and David last night:
And, here’s a picture of me and Ellie. I can’t believe how much her hair has lightened up this summer! I’m still debating about wether to cut bangs into her hair – she’s started pulling out barrettes, and her hairs gets in her eyes often…
