My parents arrived today, the kids are thrilled to see them, the weather is finally cooling off, and I far exceeded my exercise goal for the month!  I was aiming for 1200 minutes, and I did 1605!

8/2: 45 minutes pushing stroller and wearing Ellie
8/3: 170 minutes pushing double stroller
8/5: 25 minutes pushing stroller, 60 minutes mowing
8/6: 50 minutes pushing stroller
8/7: 68 minutes pushing stroller
8/8: 30 minutes pushing stroller
8/9: 70 minutes pushing stroller
8/11: 45 minutes pushing stroller
8/12: 45 minutes pushing stroller, 14 minutes walking
8/13: 30 minutes pushing stroller
8/14: 20 minutes pushing stroller, 10 minutes lunges/squats, 15 minute walking wearing Ellie
8/16: 50 minutes pushing stroller
8/17: 40 minutes wearing Ellie while walking
8/19: 30 minutes walking
8/20: 60 minutes pushing stroller
8/21: 55 minutes mowing
8/23: 44 minutes yoga with weights
8/24: 100 minutes pushing stroller
8/25: 11 minutes lunges/squats, 62 minutes pushing stroller
8/26: 10 minutes crunches/stairs/powerwalking, 30 minutes pushing stroller
8/27: 65 minutes pushing stroller
8/28: 40 minutes pushing stroller, 80 minutes wearing Ellie while walking
8/29: 85 minutes pushing stroller
8/30: 65 minutes “Baby Boot Camp” class
8/31: 80 minutes pushing stroller
