another day, another adventure
This time with nail polish! Killy found some of my nail polish and did his best to paint his toes!
It really looks awful in the picture! We went to lunch at a soup and salad place, where Killy had fun taking every blueberry muffin David tried to eat, and then (accidently) poking a contact lens right out of my eye – luckily I caught the lens and got it back in. Then, Erin and I went to the mall and Killy scraped his nose in the play area and it was really bleeding, but was only upset that we didn’t let him play anymore. The other parents didn’t seem happy with a kid bleeding all over the place. He is a tough little guy!
Ellie is just indescribably cute! Seriously, she gets cuter every day. She smiles all the time, and is just generally very content. Except when Killy takes toys away from her. Or pokes her. Or picks her up and drops her. Or sits on her. Or tries to force feed her from his sippy cup. Luckily, we intervene quickly enough most of the time that she doesn’t end up hurt/upset very often.
Today, Ellie is especially happy because we told her that a future playmate was born! Rhorie, Arlie and Rheghan’s daughter, was born a couple days ago! Congrats to them!
