Wow!
A 4.5 hour block of uninterupted sleep makes a world of difference! I feel a million times better today!
I even felt good enough that I dug out my postpartum workout video and did about 20 minutes. It gives me hope that my body will return to its former cuteness someday… Killy sat at the table eating cherrios and Ellie was in the snugli front carrier while I worked out, which worked pretty well. I’m going to try really hard to do this every day. The only drawback is that the workout is (neccesarily) very low-impact and low-intensity, and when I workout I like to do hardcore workouts – kickboxing, high-impact aerobics, bootcamp style workouts, etc. So, while working out feels really good, I’d rather be doing a more vigorous workout, but I know my body’s not ready for that yet…
