Beautiful big boy bed!
We got a super-duper big boy bed – bunk beds with a full futon mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top. The frame is white and I found comforters that match the green walls perfectly. Obviously, Killy won’t be sleeping on the top bunk for a very long time, so his stuffed animals are up there to watch over the room. The futon folds in half so there’s more space in his room during the day, and lays down at night so there’s plenty of room for David to go lay down with Killy if he wakes up fussing. I think it looks great in the nursery! And, it was so easy to transfer Killy to the bed when we got home from our nightly walk (he usually falls asleep during our walk). He had been waking up EVERY time we tried to lay him down in the crib and put up the side, but David said he hardly even stirred as he laid him in his new bed. Score!
