yay!

I got all the books completely unpacked! Woohoo! I’m excited…

Today has gone very well: I went to the museum for a couple hours to work and took Killy with me. He did great! He slept for awhile, and after he woke up I got to introduce him to some of the staff there.

I’ve been trying to pass Killy around the last couple days – at church yesterday and at the museum today – so that he’ll be ready for the reunions. Plus, the museum ladies are giving him a baby shower tomorrow night, so he’ll get passed around then, too. As long as he’s recently eaten and he’s not hungry he does great. He defitely has his mother’s social tendancies, David and I have decided.

It was so funny! Erin was watching Killy while I unpacked the books into the guest room. She was singing him this beautiful Irish song and he seemed to be enjoying it. During the first verse he had a MAJOR poopy (I’m surprised David didn’t hear it from outside), and then during the second verse he did it again!!! I decided next time he seems to be straining, I’m going to have Erin sing to him and that should take care of it!

I feel so much better now that the guest room is unpacked. Now the boxes in the house are all unpacked, so I’ll just bring in one box at a time from the garage to unpack.

Ha! I’ll have to tell Heather that Irish music seems to have a laxative effect on Killian, since she’s studying Irish music for her graduate degree and all…

Does Erin have this effect on all men?
